Allopathic Physician

Duties and Responsibilities: An allopathic physician is another word for a medical doctor. Allopathic physicians diagnose and treat conditions that will affect every area of the body.

Salary: $93,000 Annually

Education: They have to be in school from 10-15 year

Reflection: I would not like to be an Allopathic Physician because similar to a nurse but not exactly like a nurse and also they are not doing too much work just giving checkups to patients.

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities of an allergist is that they need to treat any allergic diseases and immunological disorders.

Salary: $225,814 Annual

Education: 4 years of undergraduate study and 3 years in Medical school. Also,2 years in allergy study.

Reflection: I would not like to be an allergist because I don’t think I would like to be on that field of allergies because i dont even have allergies.

Acupuncture

Duties and Responsibilities: An acupuncturist is supposed to make sure that there are not any imbalances in the human body and to make sure of that they stick small needles into your body to make sure.  

Salary:  $75,000-$80,000 Annually

Education: To be an acupuncturist it requires having a Master’s Degree. Most acupuncture programs require 3-4 years’ worth of study.

Reflection: I would not like to be an acupuncturist because I am not fond of that kind of career it interests me but I just don’t want to be in a career like being an acupuncturist.

Ophthalmologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

          Ophthalmologists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of eye disorders and diseases. They treat vision problems and write prescriptions for both pharmaceuticals and corrective eyeglass lenses. When necessary, they perform eye surgery. Most ophthalmologists are in private practice, however some are employed by hospitals or clinics, and others perform research.

Average Salary: $90,000-$150,000

Educational Requirements:

Only physicians may study to become ophthalmologist. After completing medical school and an internship, an ophthalmologist must then complete a three to five year residency in an approval ophthalmology program. After completing their residency program they must pass an examination to be certified.

Reflection: I would not like to be an ophthalmologist because an ophthalmologist has to study the eye and they work is related to the eye. I would not work with the eye because there can be one mistake during a surgery and their eye is gone.

Acupressure

Duties and Responsibilities: The duties of an acupuncturists is to make sure nothing in the human body does not have any imbalances and by doing that they place needles in any acupuncture points which restores the body and makes it have a good  health and wellbeing.

Salary:  Annual Wages: $81,830

               Hourly Wages: $39.34

Education: The education required is to have an Associate’s degree.

Reflection: I would not like to be in a career involved with acupressure because even though it is a pretty good job soothing and putting needles in someone’s body is not an easy job.
