Duties and
Responsibilities: As a radiologist they examine various types of
images, including x-rays, computer tomography (CT) scans, mammograms,
ultrasounds, and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scans. You might operate the
machinery used to collect these images, though this task is often delegated to radiology
technologists. Radiologists also occasionally monitor imaging sessions run by radio logic technologists and technicians.
Salary: $61,000
Education: Radiologists are
physicians who complete at least eleven years of higher education, which
includes an undergraduate degree program, doctor of medicine program and
residency.

Reflection: I would like to
be a diagnostic radiologist because it is an interesting career in the medical
field. I think that it is interesting because you have to examine x-rays of
different types of bones in the body which I think is really great.
